screen the grinded material into various material size

Kneading
Mix the grinded raw material with binder and knead
Forming
produce shaped refractory of varous shapes using high pressure press machine
Dry heat treatment
for solidifying, dried thoroughly at temparature from 100℃ to 300℃
Inspection
Check that there are no cracks and chipping. Also, check the size, shape, quality
Packing - shipping
Apply optimal packing suited to various characteristic and transporting method of refractory bricks
Construct into Ladle
Construct by stacking and lining in the form of block
